- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition—unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) is required for all returns.
- Certain items, such as gift cards and final sale items, are non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
